She’ll show you a variety of ways to both begin a relaxation practice that you can do every day as well as calm yourself down when you find yourself getting overly upset. Catherine Collins, RN, MS, QTTP, QTTT, CR is a registered nurse and a master’s level nurse practitioner with 30 years experience in health care.

Caregivers are welcome to come with those for whom they are caring. Let them know if you need transportation or a seating partner when you sign up.
